Two blocks east, the new outlet of Fishland on Gorai Road offers pomfret fry for 450 rupees and reports selling 120 portions on its opening weekend last month. Both locations sit within a five-minute walk of Borivali station exits, making them convenient for commuters finishing shifts at the nearby industrial estates.

Further north on Link Road, Spice Route has extended its lunch service until 3:30 p.m. to accommodate office workers from the Borivali East commercial complex.
